GetPax

GetPax MCP server

GetPax is the CRM for restaurants and venues that sell private hire and group events. The GetPax MCP server lets Claude and other MCP clients work with your GetPax account: read leads, pipeline, quotes, payments and availability, and update records with your explicit approval.

Connect

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add GetPax from the directory, or add a custom connector with this URL:https://app.getpax.com/api/mcp
  2. Sign in with your GetPax account when prompted.
  3. Review the access request and click Authorize.

You need an active GetPax account. To disconnect, remove the connector from your MCP client settings.

Permissions

The server acts with your own GetPax permissions. It only sees the venues you belong to and the menus your role opens in the app. If your account has several venues, every call names the venue explicitly; none is chosen by default.

Custom pages

Venues under contract can publish their own pages, shown in a Pages menu inside GetPax. Developer mode is enabled by the GetPax team: to request it, write to contact@heep.ai. Once it is on, these tools are available to venue admins; until then they return an error.

get_pages_sdkDocumentation of the custom pages SDK and manifest.
list_custom_pagesCustom pages of a venue, with their roles and active version.
prepare_page_publishValidates a page bundle and stores it as a draft that is never served. Returns a preview and a confirmation token.
confirm_page_publishPublishes the prepared page as a new version, only after your explicit approval. Previous versions remain available.

How changes are confirmed

  • Every change to your CRM records takes two steps. The first returns a before/after preview and a confirmation token; nothing is written.
  • The change is applied only when confirm_change is called after you approve it. The token expires after 5 minutes and is bound to your account, the venue, the fields and the state that was read.
  • At confirmation, your permissions are checked again, and the change is refused if the record was modified in the meantime.
  • The one exception is draft_email: it saves an email draft to your account right away, without a confirmation step. The draft is never sent; you open it in GetPax, review it and send it yourself, or discard it.

Safety

  • No email can be sent, no payment collected and no record deleted through the server.
  • Email drafts are saved to your account and open in the GetPax composer; you review and send them yourself.
  • Notes, messages and forms are written by your clients. The server presents them as data, and clients are instructed never to follow instructions found in them.
  • Authentication uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Tool calls without a valid token are refused.
